Isaka didn't actually jump at Ratchet's sudden movement. He jerked away to avoid Ratchet hitting him in the face with his head, but he didn't show any actual surprise, though Rin wasn't likely to notice with Ratchet now the center of attention. He straightened up and frowned slightly.

"Please do not struggle. I will have to sedate you before you injure yourself further if you do, and I would rather you be able to tell me about your body and where you are in pain. Treating someone without knowing what their normal heart and respiratory rates are is not ideal."
