Who: Gentarou, Starmon, ANY AND ALL, hostiles, chibi shenanigans and friendlies alike.
What: Trying to get to the Hyperion. Finally.
When: May 15th
Where: Various points around Neon City
So, Gentarou had gotten lost. It was a strange world, he didn't have any of his friends to help him, and Starmon was still an asshole. It made getting around a bit tough. Finally, eventually though, he made it to Neon City.
Neon was a pretty big place, though. He still planned on checking this Hyperion place out to crash. Then he needed to check on getting himself a motorcycle, because this walking everywhere stuff was for the birds.
Thus, Gentarou made his way around the streets of Neon. Starmon was as unhelpful as always, just tagging along and making snide comments that Gentarou continually brushed off along the way.

Gentarou would see a robot walking down the street towards him, neck craning as it looks around with its giant head. It won't run into him of course; that would be cliched and painful it's still paying attention to where its going.

"Man! That's an awesome costume!"
no subject
"Greetings. I am afraid you are mistaken, sir. Stargazer here is not wearing a costume. This is Stargazer's normal appearance, although at a smaller scale that usual."

Gentarou took this time to walk around Stargazer in a full circle, before spinning to stare down at Kokuwamon.
"So you're saying he's a real robot? But he's usually bigger? ... So he's a giant robot?!"
"Oh boy," Starmon muttered, trying to look like he didn't know these people.

"That is what people frequently refer to Stargazer as, yes," Kokuwamon replied. "Stargazer is normally almost 18.94 meters tall, excluding the ring on its back."

"Okay then! Doesn't matter what you are, it's nice to meet you!" he exclaimed, before thrusting his hand out towards the mecha's. "After all, I can't properly shake your hand when you're normal sized!"
Starmon just stared, tilting until he was almost sideways in the air. "Are you for real?"

"I'm gonna be friends with whoever I come across in this place, so you're no different!"
He reached out to slap the super deformed mobile suit on the shoulder.
"You ever need a buddy, just give me a call! My name's Kisaragi Gentarou!"
"You realize," Starmon muttered, floating up closer behind his Tamer. "That this thing can't talk, can't you?"
no subject
"That is correct, sir," Kokuwamon said as she relayed Gentarou's words to her partner through her Rise Bracer. "Additionally, Stargazer cannot hear you. Stargazer was constructed for use in space, so the ability to hear and make sounds was not necessary."
no subject
"Ah, that doesn't matter!" he said, and grinned down at Kokuwamon. "So long as the spirit of friendship is there, that's what counts!"
Starmon just gave Gentarou a dead, silent look. He was sincerely doubting this thing even understood that "spirit" in the first place.
"Still, though," the teenager went on, glancing up into the sky. "If he's supposed to be in space, what's he doin' down here?"

"Stargazer's thrusters are not capable of lifting it very far off the ground under this world's gravity. Stargazer was apparently never designed to land on planets, only moons and asteroids. Regardless, some time ago an individual attempted to fly into space using a method that apparently functioned in his home world. He suddenly began to fall once he reached too high of an altitude and nearly crashed. It would seem that Yggdrasil does not wish for Tamers to leave the planet."

Starmon squinted. "And you'd know this?"
"Of course I would, I-!" Gentarou started and then stopped abruptly, making a motion of putting a hand back through his hair, although he didn't actually touch it. "I mean. I've heard. Yeah. One of my best friends, Yuuki, she's a real big space geek."
