Who: Takato, Juri, Hirokazu, Yamaki, eventually Ruki, partners
What: Lost & Found
When: February 15th, 2012
Where: The Graveyard
Yamaki Mitsuo didn't get out much. If at all. His job didn't really require it, and he wasn't exactly what one would call a "social butterfly." So, as he emerged from the lightpost with Keramon into the Graveyard... it was most certainly somewhere he had never been. Of course, not many people had.
As risky as it was to be doing this, it was riskier still to just leave Makino Ruki to survive on her own out here. With so many of their members injured, missing, or otherwise occupied in the aftermath of Chaosmon...
Well, someone had to do this. Rarely was it that he was sticking HIS neck out this far, but things changed.
Keramon gave an audible, irritated sigh as Yamaki began compulsively flipping his lighter while awaiting the other arrivals.

After a slight bout of dizziness thanks in part to the lightpost travel, Takato's vision focused enough to locate Yamaki close by. He looked to the others and gestured that they follow along before making the short walk over to him and Keramon.
"Yamaki-san," Takato said with a bit of a bow. "Thanks again for helping."
Guilmon curiously cocked his head to the side and poked Takato in the shoulder.
"Ta-ka-to ... should I bow, too?"
"Hm? Oh, uh ... if you want?"

"Yeah, 'cause I don't wanna spend any more time here than I gotta," Elecmon pipes up, almost rolling his eyes at Takato for rushing in.
Juri, in response, lightly steps on his front paw. "Shush."

"S-so... where do we start looking?" he asked.
Guardromon, meanwhile, puffed out his metallic chest, doing his best to look heroic and hide the fact that his knee joints were rattling.

"Once, four years ago," Keramon said as they began to move forward, "there was a large battle in these caves. It was before any of you Tamers were here, though there were... alternative versions of some of you and your comrades. Regardless, point being is that an Archnemon was setting loose hordes of Dokugumon all over the Digital World's surface. Some of this worlds' founding members of DATS participated there, and it was the first major conflict where Tamers came together to fight."
He paused, holding a clawed hand to his chin. "I was still a scientist enlisted in the Dark Area army, before that whole attempted invasion of the north happened... It wasn't very pleasant for us, either. It was the first sign that Tamers could be a help to this world... or to some, a threat."
Keramon's eyes narrowed. "However, cleaning all those Digi-Eggs up wasn't something that happened. The Dark Area Army wasn't going to do it, the Dead Zone was in turmoil and hadn't had Bowser move in yet. You Tamers couldn't get easy access to be down here for extended periods of time... and larger threats cropped up. Which means many of those Eggs have re-hatched and evolved by now... Miss Makino could be in a lot of danger."

Still, he didn't like leaving her there even that long.
"We should hurry, then," he said, looking ahead of him. Guilmon himself seemed to pick up that his tamer wasn't pleased by the news; he couldn't blame him. He wasn't happy, either.

Similarly, Juri states, "We don't have a moment to lose. Takato, lead the way."
It's strange; with Yamaki here, that's an adult, someone she should default to, should turn to as the leader. And yet, as she's developed a bizarre report with the man, in his group Takato is still the one she turns to. He is their leader. He always has been. It's natural.

As they followed, taking up the rear, both he and Keramon did what they could to monitor the area around them. Nothing seemed more peculiar than he supposed the Graveyard ever normally did...
There was an odd feeling, however. Something strange was in the air, but he couldn't quite place it.

All in all, there were now eight, screeching and advancing on the gathering of Tamers.
